I get real estate transfer listing new home owners address but without telephone numbers. If I call information for new number I do not know if it is on a no call list. How can I use my list and call the new home owner without getting into trouble. I already am registered and in compliance so I agreed not to call numbers on the no call list.
Yes a government website account is necessary. Each person or business who wants to use the list must first the an account from the government website. The first 5 area codes are free.
I was told to get an account at the government website. Is that necessary?
Go to foneleads.com and look at the FoneBlaster option. You should be able to figure it out from there. FoneBlaster is a system that allows you to record a voice message and easily send it to thousands of numbers automatically.
Do you know of a good tool to send out marketing messages. For telemarking. It'll be cool to be able to send out hundreds of messages without having to make the calls myself.
Just want to say thank you. The scrubbing tool works great! It was so easy to use. And I'm not very good with computers. Thanks again!
Here are the instructions on how to setup an account at the donotcall.gov website 1) go to http://telemarketing.donotcall.gov/ 2) on the left hand side click on 'Register New Users' 3) fill in all the information requested. 4) under 'Organization Function' select 'Seller' or 'Exempt Organization' 5) submit the form 6) write down your organization id and passwords
That's a good idea. I'll create an FAQ and instructions. I will put it up when it is ready.
Would it be possible for you to explain to me how to sign up at the telemarketing.donotcall.gov website? Please provide step by step instructions if possible. I don't know what to choose and don't want to mess up. It would be great if you have some kind of FAQ or something. Thanks.
Yes, by using this tool to scrub the list before you call, you are compliant. You have around one month to call before you need to scrub again. I would do it once every 2 weeks just to be safe. It is really simple and fast to do with this tool so it shouldn't be too much trouble. It only takes 5 seconds to scrub 5000 numbers.
So in other words by scrubbing my list with your Do Not Call Fitler I'll be compliant with the government and can call anyone not on the Do Not Call list and pitch my service? Is there a time frame that I have to call the numbers by before I have to scrub the list again? Or do I need to scrub the list only once? Sorry I have so many questions. I want to make sure I got everything down so I won't need to worry about the hefty $11,000 fine! Also if this tool is free why do I still see similar services that charges out there?
This telemarketing scrubbing software is free to you. Anyone can get a free account to access this scrubbing tool for free. You do not need any special license or permits. However, you do need to register at the do-not-call government website at http://telemarketing.donotcall.gov You must also subscribe to the area code that you wish to use. After you registered with the government website and scrubbed your list with our tool. You can legally call the numbers you have scrubbed and market your products and services.
Can any one use this tool to scrub their list or do you have to be telemarketer? I'm a real estate agent and I want to use this tool. But I do not have any license or special permits or anything like that. Can I use this tool to scrub my numbers and then start calling people? How does it work? Is this telemarketing tool free for someone like me? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanx!!
Yes, your scrubbed list will go into the good numbers box. Numbers that you are not suppose to call or numbers that are invalid will go into the bad number box. Unverified numbers are phone numbers that we cannot verify because you did not subscribe to the area code. To fix this, simply go to the website http://telemarketing.donotcall.gov/, log in to your account and subscribe to the area codes that you need.
I was trying to scrub a list of 3000+ phone numbers with your tool. After hitting the submit button, I got some numbers in the unverified box. What does this mean? My understanding is that good numbers are numbers I can call and bad numbers are ones that are on the do-not-call list and those are the ones I shouldn't call. Is that right?
Go to http://telemarketing.donotcall.gov/ and register to obtain an account. Register as a "new seller". This will allow the Do Not Call Filter to download the list of do-not-call phone numbers on your behalf. After signing up you will get your Organization ID. Log in to your account and you will be able to choose five area codes for free. After you select your area codes, you will be given a Subscription Account Number (SAN). With these two numbers (SAN and Organization ID), the Do Not Call Filter will be able to help your scrub your list of phone numbers.
What are Organizational ID and SAN ID. I'm not sure how to get those. Can you give me some help? Thanks!
This tool is totally free. Plus it's all web based so that means you don't have to download any software. Scrubbing is easy. You can scrub a list of five thousand (5000) phone numbers in 5 seconds. Just paste the number into a text box and in less then 5 seconds, you'll have all the good numbers, numbers you can call, appear in the good numbers box. All the bad numbers and invalid numbers will appear in another box. This tool is fast, easy to use and free. I don't know how you can beat it. If you have used other paid software, compare them with the Do Not Call Filter and let us know.
Is this tool really free? I found a lot of scrubbing software on Google. How does your tool compare to those?
It's perfectly normal. The initial sign up can take any where from 20secs to over a minute. The system has to verify that all the information regarding your registration is correct. Please DO NOT hit the stop button or back button until this process is complete.
I tried to sign up using the information you sent me. I got an account with the government at https://telemarketing.donotcall.gov . I entered my Organization number and SAN number. It took a long time, is that normal? Thanks!
